A selection of works from the studio, made during the first year of my move to New York.
Having left Glasgow and cleared out all of my belongings, I decided to use this opportunity to play with the idea of change as a goal of personal growth. To force this issue, I I cleared my studio completely 'started again' each week for the first six months of living in New York.
The result was a wide variety of work, a sample of which are posted here, and an increasingly bedraggled looking windowless white room.
My thanks to the US-UK Fulbright Commission and the Dewar Arts Awards for their financial support during this time.
